This privacy policy applies to the information that we collect from you when you use our website https://littleanimalsfun.com, and our mobile applications named collectively and herein after called “Platform”.
Our privacy policy tells you what personal data and nonpersonal data we may collect from you, how we collect them, how we protect them, how we share them, how you can access and change them, and how you can limit our sharing of them. You have the right to request that we do not sell any of your PD. We only sell your PD under the following circumstances. If our business is sold or merges in whole or in part with another business that would become responsible for providing the website to you, we retain the right to transfer your PD to the new business. The new business would retain the right to use your PD according to the terms of this privacy notice as well as to any changes to this privacy notice as instituted by the new business. We also retain the right to transfer your PD if our company files for bankruptcy and some or all of our assets are sold to another individual or business.

Generally, you control the amount and type of information that you provide to us when using our Platform. Our mobile apps do not include third-party analytics or third-party advertising. Also, our mobile apps do not send personally identifiable information or device information to third parties.
Our legal basis for collecting and processing your PD when you purchase our products or services is based on and the necessity for the performance of a contract or to take steps to enter into a contract. Our legal basis for collecting and processing your PD when you sign up for our newsletter and free mobile apps, is based on consent.
We automatically receive information from your web browser or mobile device. This information may include the name of the website from which you entered our Platform, if any, as well as the name of the website you’ll visit when you leave our Platform. This information may also include the IP address of your computer/the proxy server you use to access the Internet, your Internet service provider’s name, your web browser type, the type of mobile device, your computer operating system, and data about your browsing activity when using our Platform. We use all this information to analyze trends among our users to help improve our Platform.
Face Tracking
Some of our apps use “Face Data” to create a more vivid experience within our apps. “Face data” in our apps are NOT stored, and NOT collected by our apps. Since they are not collected, they are not shared with any third party, and NOT stored in any of our servers. The sole reason for using “face data” is to create lively experiences within the app, nothing else.

If you provide a mobile telephone number to us, you are giving your consent and authorize us or a third party to send you push notifications. You are not required to give us your consent for push notifications. However, withholding your consent may interfere or prevent us from providing some or all of our services to you. We may be legally required to disclose your PD if such disclosure is (a) required by subpoena, law, or other legal process; (b) necessary to assist law enforcement officials or governmental enforcement agencies; (c) necessary to investigate violations of or otherwise enforce our terms and conditions; (d) necessary to protect us from legal action or claims from third parties, including you and/or other users; or (e) necessary to protect the legal rights, personal/real property, or personal safety of our company, users, employees, and affiliates.
Our Platform may offer the ability for users to communicate through online community discussion boards, blogs, or other mechanisms. We do not filter or monitor what is posted on such discussion mechanisms. If you choose to post on these discussion mechanisms, you should use care when exposing any PD, as such information is not protected by our privacy policy nor are we liable if you disclose your PD through such postings. Also, PD which you post on our Platform for publication may be available worldwide by means of the Internet. We cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others.
We retain information that we collect from you (including your PD) only for as long as we need it for legal, business, or tax purposes. Your information may be retained in electronic, paper, or a combination of both forms. When your information is no longer needed, we will destroy, delete, or erase it.

However, we may keep your PD as needed to enforce our agreements and to comply with any legal obligations.
You have the right to revoke your consent for us to use your PD at any time. If any postings you make on our Platform contain information about third parties, you agree to make sure that you have permission to include that information. While we are not legally liable for the actions of our users, we will remove any postings about which we are notified, if such postings violate the privacy rights of others.
Some web browsers have settings that enable you to request that we do not track your movement within our Platform. Our Platform does not obey such settings when transmitted to and detected by our Platform. You can turn off tracking features and other security settings in your browser by referring to your browser’s user manual.

Parts of our Platform are designed for use by children, we realize that a child may try to access our Platform without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect PD from children under the age that requires parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child is using our Platform without your consent, please contact us. Before we remove any information we may ask for proof of identification to prevent malicious removal of account information. If we discover that a child is accessing our Platform without parental consent, we will delete his or her information within a reasonable period of time. Our company relies on derogations for specific situations as defined in Article 49 of the GDPR. In-App Purchases
Our Platform may allow you to make In-App Purchases. All In-App Purchases are processed by a third party payment processor that may collect information directly from you (for example, they may request your billing address and credit card information) in accordance with its own privacy policy. Platform’s third party payment processors do not share your financial information, like credit card number with us. We receive summary information about all purchases, including the amount of the transaction and your general location (such as your ZIP code).

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires us to inform parents or legal guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from children under the age of 13. COPPA also requires that we get consent from parents or legal guardians before we allow children under the age of 13 to use and interact with some sections, applications, and activities on our Platform. We offer users a number of activities, some of which are directed at children under the age of 13, and other activities that are targeted for older users.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires us to inform parents or legal guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from children under the age of 16 in some member countries of the European Union. The GDPR also requires that we get consent from parents or legal guardians before we allow children to use and interact with some sections, applications, and activities on our Platform.

Children can register with our Platform to use our software, online applications, view content, participate in contests, receive emails, and engage in other activities. By doing so we may collect information from children. When we collect personal information from a child, we will hold that information only as long as reasonably necessary to allow the child to continue to use and interact with our Platform.
During the registration process we may ask a child to give us information for security purposes, announcements, and notifications. This information includes a child’s name, birthdate (to validate the child’s age), gender, username, account name, password, and parent or legal guardian’s email address and other contact information. Children can choose whether to provide their information to us; however some of our Platform features may not function without the required information.
To comply with COPPA requirements, on our Platform where we ask for the age of a user who is under the age of 13 and under 16 where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in the European Union, we will ask for their parent, legal guardian, or teacher’s email address before we collect any personal information from a child under these ages.
